Hello! My name is Cody and I build software. 

I'm a Principal Engineer at PicnicHealth building LLM agent systems for the next generation of clinical research.

Previously, I was Head of Engineering at Meltano, the open source data integration platform, before its acquisition in 2025. I led development of Meltano's multi-tenant PaaS offering from the ground up and evolved its architecture through a pivot to become an agentic data platform. Before that, I was a data engineer at Arrive and Sprout Social, building and operating complex data platforms and productionizing ML models.
